Hi I’m Brooke

I'm an award-winning Career Coach for conscious corporate women.

I have helped ambitious female leaders at companies like Goldman Sachs, Uber, Google, McKinsey, IBM, Meta, Salesforce and more to create careers that actually feel successful.

I’ve been named a Top Career Coach by LA Weekly and Australian Business Journal and called “Career Coach to the Elite” by Hip and Healthy. You can follow me on Instagram @brookevtaylor.

“Working with Brooke has changed my life. I have never felt as capable to take on challenges and walk through fears as I do today. From negotiating my compensation package, to understanding the power within me and around me, working with Brooke has been the most wildly transformative process I have experienced. I truly feel like anything is possible.”

“Brooke's unparalleled and unique 360-degree, holistic approach to coaching left an impact on my life that was far beyond answering that ever present question of " What next?

“She changed my life and I really mean it.”

“Brooke is great at dissecting the “messy middle”. I grew as both a leader within my organization, but more importantly as a person.”

“Coaching with Brooke has been truly transformational. I have felt safe to explore new ways of thinking, to challenge my self limiting beliefs, and to think deeply about what was no longer working for me, and what I aspired to. As a result of our work, I’ve grown in my career, published my memoir, and changed my mindset. Brooke is exceptional and I would recommend anyone looking to embrace the next stage of their career and life.”

Working with Brooke was simply life-changing. I thought hard before signing up because it was a large investment. But I took the leap and it was the best decision I ever made. During the six months I worked with Brooke, I received two raises, a bonus increase and equity in our company. My direct reports gave me feedback that my leadership was helping to transform our team for the better. I was more present at home with my husband and daughter. I worked less but got more done.

Brooke opened my eyes to a whole new perspective, a whole new way of defining success for myself, helping me understand why I felt unfulfilled in my life. Working with Brooke also opened up incredible opportunities in my life that I never saw coming. I got approached for a job I could have only ever dreamed of, a job I feel came to me because I had changed my life to be ready for this opportunity to come to me. I’m loving my new career and life.

Brooke has given me the conviction to take a bet on myself, the steps to release thought patterns that once held me back, and the encouragement through aligned action steps to propel me to the direction of finding and pursuing my passion. Most importantly, her guidance and support have helped me uncover and lead my most authentic life. I’ve never felt happier in my aligned job and life.

Brooke has been an invaluable resource in shifting how I think about self-validation, how I define success at work, and how I approach personal decision making. She helped me discover my core values and gave me the toolkit to apply those to all situations - professional or personal - so I'm making decisions that feel good to me. I have a new perspective on what defines success and how I achieve it.

My whole life has turned right side up in the last 6 months, in such large part to Brooke. I can't imagine working with anyone more compassionate, wise, and supportive through my personal and professional rock bottom. I truly found her through divine intervention.
